JerBears, It’s time!!! 🩵

First of all, thank you for being here! I’m humbled by all of the support I have received since I left Fiji. I am blessed with the most amazing friends, family and opportunities. 2025 changed my life in so many ways and you are a big part of that.

There was a time when I felt lost and angry and didn’t know I could change all of that by looking inward. The books I have read (and applied) have truly changed my way of thinking and how I approach my life. I still work on myself every day and want to share this journey with you.

I created this weekly journal to help you think about how you want to show up in your life. It doesn’t matter where you are starting from. You can be intentional with your thoughts, words and actions and change your every day.

I am so glad you’re here. Let’s get started!

How are you feeling about 2026 so far?

Faith and Mindset

GOD DID! 🙏🏽

If you told my 15-year-old self that at 25 I would be going to church and leave feeling amazing and inspired, I would have laughed hysterically. Cause that’s aggressive lol. I always had faith in something, but God was not a part of my life. I started going to church with a friend after moving to LA and as corny as this sounds, it has been life changing.

My favorite bible verse: Jeremiah 29:11, For I know the plans I have for you, ”declares the Lord”, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

This verse is special to me for multiple reasons. First, because it’s my name! I am so grateful my mom and dad chose this name for me. The older I get the more of a blessing I realize it is. The reason why it’s truly my favorite verse is because it talks about how great our God is. He has great plans for us no matter what life feels like in the moment. This verse grounds me in dark times because I know they are for a reason and better days are coming!

Book Recs📚

I’m asked all the time how I stayed in control when I was questioning all life decisions in front of the world. My answer: Books. Seriously. I can’t tell you enough how much they changed how I think.

Here are a couple favorites to get you started. Check out the links to hear my personal take.

  1. Most of our stress, anxiety, and self-doubt isn’t coming from what’s real, it’s coming from the stories we keep replaying in our minds.

  2. Ego is the Enemy - Ryan Holiday

Pride, comparison, and the need for recognition can undermine growth, learning, and long-term success.
